The McChords feature the wonderful vocals of Cindy McCord (formerly Cindy Duffie). Cindy has enjoyed a long and successful musical career. Her singing has been compared to the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Carole King, Janis Joplin, and Joni Mitchell, to name a few. Cindy has worked with local luminaries Chuck Treece (Urge Overkill, G Love & Special Sauce), Tony Whitfield (Bilal, Jaguar Wright), and Jay Davidson (Phila. 76ers House Band, Steve Winwood), among others. Chris has also enjoyed a long and successful regional music career. He has performed with local legends Zan Gardner, Dennis Selfridge, Dennis Chiccino, the Dovells, and Smokin' Joe Frazier, and has shared the stage with among others, Warren Zevon, John Mayall, Coco Taylor, Tommy Conwell, Toots and the Maytals, Buddy Guy, Coco Montoya, Dred Zeppelin, members of the 70s groups Firefall, Loggins and Messina, and members of the seminal Philly 80s rock group, the Hooters.
